For the best results, it is recommended that you wash your hat by hand using mild detergent, lukewarm water, and a hand towel. Air-dry only.

If you would like to use a washing machine instead, you can wash it with lightweight items like socks and underwear or wash it by itself in a mesh wash bag. Air-dry only.

All orders are processed within 3 days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your hat, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time frame in which you will receive the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.
